Unity Labs community needed centralized management tools for moderation, engagement tracking, economy systems, and AI powered member interactions across Discord.
The Solution
Built a monorepo with a Node.js Discord.js bot (Railway/Docker) and a Next.js dashboard (Vercel) powered by Convex for real time data sync, Hugging Face for AI chat, and comprehensive admin controls.
